I was out photographing our local Halloween party, a great event with lots of rides, food stalls, competitions and so on. This year they had a dog agility demonstration, lots of very happy dogs, big and small and flying.
I haven’t had much tim recently to go through my images but I did have a quick play with a couple of different HDRs from Karamea.
More reflections today not rotated this time, although that might be interesting too.
This is a very simple image, I was playing in Lightroom and simply rotated the image through 90 degrees otherwise this is a simple reflection image, cropped a little and with a touch of contrast added. I couldn’t believe just how different it looked just rotated.
My last images were from the Diwali Festival in Christchurch, very vibrant and colourful. What happens when you take away the colour? It becomes about shape, form and texture.
I was out today at the annual Diwali celebrations here in Christchurch. Diwali I believe is actually celebrated this year on 11th November but today there was a large festival held at the Horncastle Arena. Great food and lots of people!
This cute little thing was bouncing around as I packed up my car in the Oparara Basin.
